1. Use of Our Website

2. Service Engagement

Once you request a service or hire a professional through our platform, we will share precise details about scope, pricing, and timelines. Work begins only after written confirmation from both sides.

All communication will be done through email, messaging apps, or project management tools agreed upon at the start.

3. Payments

Payments must be made in accordance with the pricing and schedule agreed upon before the project begins.

Late payments may pause or delay the work. For ongoing monthly support, invoices must be cleared before the next cycle begins.

All fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project details, files, access credentials, and timely feedback needed to complete the work. Delays in providing information may affect deadlines.

You must ensure that any materials you share with us (images, text, data, or files) do not violate any copyright or laws.

5. Work Delivery

All work will be delivered within the timelines discussed. If revisions are included, they must be requested within the allowed revision period.

Urgent updates or additional tasks outside the original scope may require extra charges and new timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, the final work produced for you will be yours. Drafts, internal documents, sample files, and unused concepts remain the property of Freelancer in Pakistan unless otherwise agreed.

7. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and protect all information shared with us. Project details, login credentials, conversations, documents, and strategies will not be shared with any third party unless required by law.

8. Limits of Liability

We aim to deliver high-quality work, but we are not responsible for losses caused by:
Misuse of work after delivery

• Decisions made by the client based on incomplete information
• Third-party platform issues, hosting failures, or system errors
• Delays caused by factors outside our control

Our liability will never exceed the total amount paid to us for the specific project.

9. Ending the Service

Either party may pause or end the service at any time with written notice.
Any completed work up to the date of cancellation must be paid for. Unpaid invoices must be cleared before the cancellation becomes final.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our website or services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
