Our terms and conditions have been written in a clear and concise manner to avoid any confusion or difficulty. By agreeing to our terms and conditions, you allow us to provide the security that we have pledged for.

Revision Policy

At Freelancer in Pakistan, we provide unlimited revisions for our customers. Customers can ask for modifications to their designs without any additional charges, as long as the design and concept remain the same. Our revision turnaround time is 48 hours.

Refund Policy

The unlimited free Revision Policy ensures 100% satisfaction for our customers, enabling them to improve/modify their initial design brief without extra charge through their account area. A refund request within 48 hours of initial design completion can be submitted in case of dissatisfaction with any design service provided by Freelancer in Pakistan. Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for refunds.

Once your refund is processed, Freelancer in Pakistan retains the rights to your design, and you will not be able to use any versions sent to you. The rights to the designs are transferred to the company.

Account Area

A convenient way to communicate with us is through the Account Area. It is your sole responsibility to check it regularly to address concerns, queries, or additional instructions. Failing to do so is not a valid reason for a refund.

Quality Assurance Policy

We prioritize the satisfaction of our clients and ensure that our services meet your expectations. Freelancer in Pakistan thoroughly researches each project to guarantee the uniqueness and quality of the design.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If any changes are required, our team will work on them according to your specifications until you are fully satisfied. We can also coordinate with your printing company if needed, at no extra charge.

Delivery Policy

Design order files are delivered to the Account Area based on the date on the “Order Confirmation.” Clients will receive an email informing them of their design order delivery. Customized designs are typically delivered within 2-3 days via email.

Record Maintenance

We maintain records of finalized designs even after providing you with the final files. If you need these files again, we can resend them upon request.

Copyrights of Logo

Until you request the final files, Freelancer in Pakistan retains all rights to the logo concepts in your account. After requesting the files, you are responsible for transferring the copyright to your business name.

Activation Fee

Dormant accounts (non-responsive for 30 days) will incur an additional activation fee if resumed after 30 days.

Photos, Images & Digital Content Policy

Freelancer in Pakistan uses only non-exclusive, royalty-free photos or images in design services. These royalty-free images are for web use only, and additional fees apply for printing purposes.

Note: Use of stolen credit cards is strictly prohibited. Fraudulent orders are reported to Federal and State Agencies.
